Discount Tire

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. I originally came in for a tire inspection, but the gentleman, Keith, who helped me went above and beyond. He was extremely patient, took the time to walk me through every line item, and made sure I fully understood the pricing. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained the importance of replacing all four tires instead of just two. He focused on safety and long-term value, and never made me feel pressured, just well-informed. He helped me find affordable tires that they were able to replace same day. I ended up leaving with four new tires and, more importantly, the confidence that I made the right decision. Excellent customer service all around. I’ll definitely be back!

I scheduled an online appointment to have my Mercedes Sprinter tires rotated and air pressure checked. I purchased my tires here. My appointment was for 1:00. I arrived at 12:45. My tracker said my service would be completed at 1:47. At 1:50 I checked with the front desk and I learned my service had not started. The reason being they needed a bay to accommodate the height. They then started doing my service outside the bay ( which they could have done at 1). The waiting area was not crowded and the online appointments were not booked. Very frustrated…. I will ensure that I pay better attention at my next visit to ensure my vehicle is serviced as scheduled. That said, the service technician was very professional and did an excellent job with tire rotation on my dually van. I will continue to use Discount Tire and buy my tires here. However, it looks like booking on line did not save me time.

We have such great experiences with them. Over the years, they will try to fix , put air in, or help you pick the right one. Today my new vehicle leaking air, I was so worried I might hit the rim & will be so costly.. they they found a small screw and fix it for free~~ amazing

I had a great experience at Discount Tire and wanted to share a quick shout-out for their team. Honestly, the service here is top-tier. From the moment I pulled up, the staff was extremely polite and respectful, which I really value. They offer free air checks and handled my same-day flat repair without any hassle. What really impressed me was their attention to detail, they actually found a second tire with a slow leak that I hadn't even noticed yet. They caught a problem before it became a headache, and that kind of proactive service is rare. I totally recommend them if you're looking for professional, efficient work.

Matthew was a huge help. He was friendly and sympathetic after I had popped a tire on the highway. This is my first car and he helped me understand tire tread. It had been a rough 24hrs and I really appreciated how nice he was after such a scary thing.
